Healthcare Business Systems Analyst

Confiar Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support healthcare payer projects under a long-term contract. The role will gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and collaborate with business, development, QA, and project management teams. The analyst will also support solution design, testing, implementation, production support, and requirement change coordination.

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Work closely with Business, Development, QA, and PM teams
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and production support
• Coordinate requirement changes and ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Healthcare Payer domain
• Strong experience with Facets
• Expertise in one or more areas: Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Provider, Benefits, Billing, Authorization/UM
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Requirements
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Healthcare EDI (834, 837, 835, 270/271), and HIPAA
• Experience with UAT, Defect Management, Production Support, and Impact Analysis
• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements management skills
• Experience with Simplify Healthcare – Provider1
• Experience with Curatus – ProviderLenz
• Experience integrating Provider Management solutions with Facets or other Healthcare Core Administration platforms
