Senior Product Manager, Product Services & Integrations

Alkami Technology is a digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, offering a unified digital banking platform and fintech solutions. The Senior Product Manager will define and deliver customer-driven enhancements, integrations, and implementation commitments while coordinating with financial institutions, vendors, sales, and engineering teams. The role manages requirements, priorities, delivery risks, and execution from discovery through launch across a portfolio of Product Services initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and define customer-requested enhancements, fintech integrations, and sales commitments, partnering with clients, vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to determine scope, feasibility, technical approach, and business value
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Product Services initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution definition through development, testing, implementation, and launch
• Drive delivery velocity by maintaining momentum across customer, vendor, and engineering stakeholders, ensuring decisions are made quickly and execution remains focused on customer commitments
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for customer commitments, proactively driving alignment, resolving ambiguity, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring successful outcomes
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of client commitments, sales gap commitments, and strategic product support initiatives, balancing customer needs, contractual obligations, business priorities, and engineering capacity
• Identify, communicate, and proactively remove delivery blockers related to vendor readiness, environment setup, test data availability, technical specifications, integration dependencies, and implementation processes
• Serve as the product lead for customer-facing integrations involving APIs, single sign-on (SSO), eDocs, check images, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), authentication providers, and other third-party fintech solutions
• Partner closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring successful execution and delivery quality
• Work directly with Financial Institutions, fintech partners, and third-party technology vendors to gather requirements, validate technical capabilities, resolve implementation challenges, and drive rapid decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with strategic product teams to support delivery of customer commitments and provide product expertise across a broad range of digital banking capabilities and integrations
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to customers, sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
• Maintain a strong understanding of Alkami’s Digital Banking ecosystem, integration patterns, fintech partner landscape, and implementation best practices to support effective solution design and delivery decisions
• Continuously improve Product Services processes, integration delivery practices, and implementation approaches to improve speed, predictability, and customer outcomes

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Services, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, Business Analysis, or a closely related customer-facing software delivery role
• Proven success leading customer-facing integrations, implementation commitments, enhancement delivery, or professional services initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, drive execution, and deliver customer outcomes in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication technologies, single sign-on (SSO), data exchange frameworks, and enterprise software integrations. Able to engage directly with customer technical teams, fintech vendors, and engineers to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and accelerate delivery
• Experience working directly with customers, Financial Institutions, and third-party technology vendors to gather requirements, validate solutions, manage expectations, and resolve implementation challenges
• Skilled at eliciting business needs, documenting requirements, identifying dependencies, and defining practical solutions that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
• Broad understanding of digital banking products, fintech integrations, and third-party service providers. Able to quickly learn and support multiple product areas and integration patterns
• Communicates effectively with customers, vendors, engineering teams, sales teams, and leadership. Builds trust, drives alignment, and facilitates informed decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrates a strong bias for action and accountability. Comfortable making informed decisions, driving alignment, escalating issues, and maintaining delivery momentum in situations involving ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating complex delivery challenges involving multiple teams, vendors, and dependencies. Demonstrates strong ownership and persistence in resolving issues and achieving customer commitments
• Uses qualitative and quantitative information to prioritize work, evaluate tradeoffs, assess risks, and improve delivery outcomes
• Experience with digital banking platforms, fintech products, financial services, or enterprise SaaS solutions
• Experience supporting integrations involving SSO providers, eDocs, check image providers, RDC solutions, payment platforms, authentication providers, financial data exchange technologies, or similar fintech ecosystems
• Experience with SSO technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or similar authentication frameworks
• Experience working directly with third-party technology vendors and external engineering teams
• Experience in Product Services, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or implementation-focused organizations
• Familiarity with vendor onboarding, certification processes, sandbox testing, implementation planning, and production readiness activities
• Experience managing contractual customer commitments, implementation milestones, or delivery-based customer engagements
• Experience driving process improvements that improve delivery speed, predictability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
