Project Coordination Manager

The Project Coordination Manager oversees work order execution, provides strategic direction, leads Service Coordinators, analyzes performance, and drives continuous improvement while adhering to PMO standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to optimize work order execution processes and enhance operational
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best
• Ensure alignment with PMO’s project management framework and
• Provide leadership and guidance to Service Coordinators and other team
• Handle escalated issues or complex work orders requiring senior-level
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in operations
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for
• Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential

Requirements:

• Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience preferably with overall responsibility
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving project issues
• Extensive experience in operations management or a related field
• Deep understanding of operational processes and best practices
• Familiarity with PMO's project management standards and methodologies
• Strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement improvement strategies
• Strong decision-making skills to address complex issues and challenges
• Ability to align operational strategies with organizational goals
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor Service Coordinators and team members
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts
• Competence in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Experience in implementing process optimization initiatives
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to operations
• Ability to ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies
• Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality and compliance
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification
