Zeacon Growth Marketer

Zeacon is building an end-to-end video commerce platform that helps businesses convert website visitors into paying customers through personalized and interactive video experiences. The Growth Marketer will own lead generation and the marketing engine, developing campaigns, market positioning, content, sales enablement, customer research, and marketing analytics to create a repeatable pipeline and qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute campaigns that reach restaurant owners and operators, boutique hotel owners and management teams, ecommerce founders and marketing leaders, and local business owners
• Test a practical mix of outbound email, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, industry partnerships, local outreach, events, referral programs, and founder led content
• Build target account lists, define buyer profiles, develop offers, and create outreach sequences that generate qualified meetings
• Work with the founders and sales team to improve lead qualification, follow up, trial conversion, and the path from first conversation to customer
• Create clear messaging for each priority market based on the outcomes owners and operators care about most
• For restaurants, focus on online orders, reservations, menu engagement, customer trust, and repeat visits
• For boutique hotels, focus on direct bookings, property storytelling, guest experiences, and reducing dependence on third party booking platforms
• For ecommerce brands, focus on product education, customer confidence, add to cart rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
• For small businesses, focus on lead generation, explaining services, building trust, and helping website visitors take the next step
• Create landing pages, email sequences, paid ads, case studies, one page summaries, lead magnets, pitch decks, videos, testimonials, and other campaign assets
• Turn customer results and product capabilities into simple, persuasive stories that business owners can quickly understand
• Support product launches with positioning, copy, campaigns, and coordination across product and sales
• Build sales materials and follow up content that address common questions, objections, and reasons deals stall
• Regularly speak with customers, prospects, and lost opportunities to understand their goals, objections, buying process, and language
• Use these insights to improve our messaging, offers, campaigns, onboarding, and market priorities
• Identify new verticals, partnerships, and channels where Zeacon may have a strong opportunity
• Build and manage the marketing tools, processes, and reporting needed to support a growing pipeline
• Track qualified leads, sales meetings, opportunities, pipeline value, customer acquisition cost, trial conversion, and revenue by channel
• Run rapid experiments, report what is working, and stop activities that are not producing meaningful business results

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and startup marketing
• A track record of personally creating campaigns that generated qualified leads, pipeline, or revenue
• Comfort marketing to business owners, operators, founders, and small teams with different needs and levels of technical knowledge
• Strong writing instincts and the ability to explain a technology product using clear, practical language
• Experience building landing pages, email campaigns, paid campaigns, sales materials, and content without relying on a large team
• A data driven mindset and comfort running experiments, reviewing funnel metrics, and making decisions based on results
• Design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate research, messaging, content creation, campaign development, data analysis, and day to day execution while maintaining strong judgment and quality
• Comfort working in a fast paced, early stage environment and taking marketing initiatives from 0 to 1, including creating structure, launching the first version, learning from results, and improving it quickly
• High ownership, resourcefulness, and accountability for business outcomes rather than impressions or activity alone
• Experience marketing to restaurants, hospitality businesses, ecommerce brands, franchises, or local service businesses
• Experience helping an early stage company move from founder led sales to a repeatable go to market motion
• Previous work in martech, ecommerce technology, conversion optimization, video, analytics, or customer experience software
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar tools
