Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) - USA Child Support Domain

Perma Technologies is seeking an experienced professional specializing in the US Child Support Enforcement domain. The Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert will gather requirements, analyze case management workflows, support CSE system implementation and enhancement, and collaborate with agencies, stakeholders, and technical teams. The role also contributes to testing, compliance, documentation, and production support.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Child Support programs
• Work with state child support agencies and stakeholders to understand program needs
• Support the implementation and enhancement of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) applications
• Analyze child support case management workflows and identify process improvements
• Participate in system testing, UAT, defect management, and production support
• Ensure compliance with federal and state child support regulations
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver child support solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of child support processes
• Knowledge of case management
• Understanding of interstate child support regulations
• Familiarity with enforcement mechanisms
• Knowledge of government benefit programs
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Child Support programs
• Experience working with state child support agencies and stakeholders
• Support for the implementation and enhancement of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) applications
• Ability to analyze child support case management workflows and identify process improvements
• Participation in system testing, UAT, defect management, and production support
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state child support regulations
