Neo4j Designer / Graph Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Expert Neo4j Designer / Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale graph databases. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Neo4j and Cypher, along with AWS, Kafka, Spark, data engineering, Kubernetes, and modern AI/GenAI ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable Neo4j graph data models and convert complex relational data into graph structures.
• Develop and optimize advanced Cypher queries using EXPLAIN and PROFILE for high-performance production workloads.
• Design real-time and batch data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Spark, and CDC.
• Support Neo4j deployments, clustering, and multi-database environments on AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC).
• Implement Neo4j Graph Data Science (GDS), Knowledge Graphs, RAG, and GenAI solutions.
• Perform JVM/memory tuning, troubleshooting, security, RBAC, encryption, and auditing.
• Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, and AI/ML teams to deliver enterprise graph solutions.
