Project Management Lead

The Project Management Lead will drive execution across concurrent data- and AI-centric initiatives, coordinate globally distributed teams, lead Agile delivery, and align business objectives with technical deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Guide project strategy using deep expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and data science
• Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies while using Jira (mandatory) for project tracking and backlog management
• Leverage AI tools extensively to optimize daily project management tasks, workflows, and delivery
• Develop metric-driven reports and dashboards using Tableau (mandatory) to communicate project health
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks for data and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Looking for a hands-on Project lead with a strong foundation in data driven and AI centric product environments
• Location: USA
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience as project manager
• Project Management, Agile Project Management managing Data and AI related projects
• Experience managing complex, multi-track projects
• Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams
• Experience in reviewing and optimizing data transformations, aggregations, and business logic
• Hands-on with LLMs and practical implementation of RAG-based AI systems
• Excellent communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards and summaries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices
• Understanding of semantic layers and their role in consistent business logic interpretation
• Excellent verbal and written communication – able to clearly articulate details to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results
