System Integration Test Lead

Summary

Seeking a System Integration Test Lead to drive test readiness and execution throughout the NPI process. This role will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM partners to ensure successful builds, identify issues, and support production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead test readiness activities from SMT/PCBA through final assembly and NPI builds.
• Plan and execute build dry runs and manufacturing test validation.
• Troubleshoot test, hardware, and system-level issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Track test progress, risks, issues, and provide regular build/status reports.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and external suppliers to resolve issues and meet project timelines.
• Improve test processes, quality, and manufacturing readiness.
• Ensure products meet test and manufacturing requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical, Computer, Systems, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in product testing, system integration, or manufacturing test.
• Strong hardware and system-level fundamentals.
• Experience with failure analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced NPI environments.
• Proficient with macOS and iOS.

Preferred

• Consumer electronics and NPI experience.
• Experience working with OEM/ODM or international manufacturing partners.
• HW/SW manufacturing test validation experience.
• Embedded systems integration experience.
• Experience with sensors, displays, imaging, acoustics, motion, PCBA, power, or battery systems.
• Program or project management experience.

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid, Tuesdays - Thursdays Onsite)

Pay Rate Range: $80/hr - $105/hr (DOE)
