Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud technologies, and team leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of Java developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive technical discussions and recommend architectural improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
• Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and API design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
