Digital Project Manager - Websites

Ubiq is a digital marketing services provider with a data-driven design approach and a digital experience platform. The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of website projects for independent schools, serve as the primary client contact, coordinate internal delivery teams, and oversee timelines, risks, scope, quality assurance, documentation, and project reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of website projects for independent schools from kick-off launch
• Being the primary point of contact for clients; guiding them through every step of the process, effectively managing stakeholder expectations, and developing positive client relationships
• Building and managing project timelines according to UBIQ’s project process
• Continual risk management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
• Scope management and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Supporting quality assurance of deliverables
• Maintaining up-to-date project notes and documentation on internal systems
• Working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure team members are fully briefed on requirements and deadlines
• Developing strong working knowledge of UBIQ’s CMS (Content Management System)
• ‘AMAIS’ to understand system capabilities and make edits to websites
• Frequent reporting to the Head of Project Management on issues and project progression
• Occasionally supporting content migration work

Requirements:

• We are keen to find candidates with Project Management experience, delivering websites
• Would also like to see people from an agency background
• Experience in Project Management or closely related customer-facing service delivery roles
• Experience in website delivery experience ideally in an agency environment
• Demonstrated history of building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Experience in managing internal delivery teams/contributors
• Alignment with UBIQ's company vision to be an outstanding provider of digital marketing services within the sector
• Highly personable individual who works well within a team
• Clear communicator; highly articulate, both written and verbally
• Fast learner with the ability to work across multiple software platforms, and quickly adapt to process changes
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Ability to think on feet and use sound judgement within the parameters of company processes
• Outstanding ability to build strong client relationships and generate positive referrals
• Ability to solve problems in challenging situations, whilst keeping the customer experience at the forefront
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills; able to effectively prioritise and handle multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met
• Self-reflective, able to take on feedback with the desire to develop professional and support the improvement of UBIQ's Project Management department
• Experience in working within the Education Sector
• Professional certificate in Project Management
• Experience with Monday.com platform
