Klaviyo Project Manager

EPŌC Studios is a growth collective focused on helping modern cultural brands evolve through strategy, innovative marketing, and creativity. The Klaviyo Project Manager will own client accounts and lead email and SMS retention strategies, campaigns, timelines, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration to improve growth and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, setting the strategic direction for their email and SMS retention programs
• Establish and •always• meet deadlines across agreed upon timelines, launches, collaboration, and communication internally and client facing
• Identifying growth opportunities, diagnosing performance gaps, and making informed decisions to improve outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of each brand's identity, tone, positioning, and visual journey
• Translate brand DNA into campaign concepts that feel aligned, intentional, and culturally aware
• Lead retention strategy across client accounts —Manage client ecosystems with a growth-first mindset
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated graphic designer to guide the visual and narrative direction of campaigns, not just execute them
• Work directly with founders, designers, and internal marketing teams to translate brand identity into performance-driven storytelling
• Drive drop strategies, product rollouts, retention systems, and cultural moments — not just contribute to them

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• A strong understanding of youth culture, fashion, streetwear, e-commerce brand environments
• 2-3+ years building and maintaining email and SMS marketing campaigns, flows & flow structure, signup form optimisation & implementation
• Professionalism & accountability - respect for your responsibilities, coworkers and clientele
• Confident client-facing communicator — able to lead calls, present work, and manage feedback and approval processes in a timely manner
• Proficiency with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Attentive, and familiarity with SMS platforms
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously and collaborating across multiple internal/external teams
• Proven ability to brief, coordinate, and manage designers, across concurrent projects (copy, design, layout/arrangement, clickability)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and recommend actionable improvements
• Eagerness to learn, explore and innovate new strategies across your clientele
• Solid understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
