Sr. Business Analyst, Salesforce

Lyra Health is hiring a Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce to lead technology projects supporting Revenue and Accounting Operations. The role delivers and supports Salesforce solutions for revenue operations, including employer billing and health plan claims, while partnering across business and technology teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of business-critical technology projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Operations, Data, and Engineering to objectively assess business needs, gather feedback, and recommend effective solutions
• Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders, using creative tools and techniques to capture requirements and use cases
• Translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and designs that support scalable technical solutions
• Manage the delivery of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems, with a focus on our custom billing and revenue cycle applications
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Drive technical integration projects by identifying needs, securing commitments, tracking deliverables, and managing documentation and communication
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users, and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems or IT, delivering and supporting application services and managing revenue operations and finance technology projects
• Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user administration
• Experience with order-to-cash processes, including Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes, including Billing, claims submission to health plans, denial management, and collections, ideally supported through Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of sales, finance, and accounting processes and standards, including revenue recognition
• Proven ability to elicit complex business requirements from both business and technical audiences, in settings large and small
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• A structured approach to problem solving: you quickly evaluate issues, identify root causes, assess impact, and develop action plans and resolution options
• A strong drive to learn business processes deeply and apply that domain knowledge to your requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Salesforce Administrator certification or other Salesforce certifications
• Scrum, Agile, or project management certification
