Co-Founder, Growth & Go-to-Market (E-Commerce Operating System)

Empowered Cooks is seeking an equity-only co-founder to own the external growth and go-to-market work for its e-commerce finance and logistics operating system. The role focuses on building public visibility, creating converting sales pages, running outbound, and turning founder feedback into positioning, content, and pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Build in public: write, post, and show up in Slack groups, Indie Hackers, LinkedIn, forums and wherever e-com founders spend their time
• Own the landing pages and sales pages from start to finish
• Build and run the outbound motion to e-com founders
• Use AI across marketing to move faster than a typical team would
• Turn what we learn from founders into positioning, content and pipeline

Requirements:

• A real AI marketing background, meaning hands-on work, not just familiarity
• A track record of building in public and growing an audience around something
• Experience writing landing pages and sales pages that convert
• Comfort running outbound yourself
• A founder mindset: you're excited about equity and ownership, and about building something from early traction
• Experience in e-commerce, especially with operators who deal with inventory, freight or landed costs
• Relationships with e-com founders or communities
• Experience marketing a B2B SaaS or finance or ops tool
