Team Lead – Customer Service & Sales

AO Globe Life provides life insurance solutions designed to secure families’ futures and is seeking a customer-first representative for its Illinois team. The Team Lead – Customer Service & Sales role manages inbound communications, advises customers on life insurance products, resolves concerns, and builds lasting customer relationships while supporting future growth into management and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing customer questions, requests, and issues with professionalism and care
• Advise customers on how to best leverage our life insurance products and services based on their unique needs, ensuring they have the right solutions
• Serve as a trusted product expert by keeping your knowledge accurate, up-to-date, and strategically aligned with our offerings
• Address complaints and concerns with effective, positive solutions that enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Foster enduring, trust-based relationships by consistently delivering above-and-beyond service

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A positive, proactive attitude with the capacity to address and resolve customer issues effectively
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and delighting customers at every interaction
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success, preferably in a customer service setting
