Globe Life AO provides life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits and ongoing client support to working families. The Virtual Client Relations Consultant serves clients through virtual appointments, explains benefit options, provides enrollment guidance, and delivers ongoing customer service while developing communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome and guide new clients through the enrollment process
• Listen to client needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Answer questions clearly, accurately, and professionally
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
• Build long-term relationships through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
• Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients understand coverage features and available benefits
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation
• Ensure clients understand their selected coverage
• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow-up information
• Participate in structured virtual onboarding
• Attend ongoing coaching and training sessions
• Develop stronger communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
• Participate in leadership development opportunities
• Stay current on products, systems, and applicable requirements
