Go-To-Market Manager / Growth Specialist

Peace Through Trade is building PAXIS, a global social platform connecting people, communities, causes, creators, and economic opportunity. The Go-To-Market Manager / Growth Specialist will develop and execute local market strategies to acquire and activate users, build communities, establish creator and partnership campaigns, and improve engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Build a local go-to-market strategy for PAXIS
• Acquire and activate new users
• Identify local creators and community leaders
• Develop creator and partnership campaigns
• Find organizations and communities we should work with
• Test paid advertising and compare spend against actual user engagement
• Build local community growth programs
• Identify what PAXIS needs to better serve users in your country
• Track what is working and continuously improve the strategy

Requirements:

• We're especially interested in candidates based in emerging and developing markets with strong Instagram, TikTok, and mobile-first communities
• You should have experience with some combination of:
