Paid Social Marketing Manager

Chasepro is seeking an AVP Paid Social Manager to manage and optimize paid social campaigns supporting a Health & Wellness portfolio. The role focuses on customer acquisition, campaign performance, advertising ROI, and collaboration with business, analytics, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns
• Manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and other social platforms
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, pacing, and conversions
• Develop campaign testing strategies to improve performance and customer acquisition
• Work directly with business teams and clients on campaign planning and performance reviews
• Analyze campaign data and provide optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with analytics teams on tracking, tagging, measurement, and reporting
• Coordinate with SEM, SEO, Programmatic, and other marketing teams
• Manage external agency and advertising platform relationships
• Mentor and guide junior Paid Social Analysts
• Present campaign results, case studies, insights, and strategies to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience
• Experience building and executing campaigns across multiple paid social platforms
• Strong experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit advertising
• 2+ years of experience leading large social media brands and mentoring/managing junior team members
• Strong client-facing experience, including business reviews, campaign presentations, and stakeholder management
