Senior B2B Account Executive – Energy Sales Consultant

Vantage Energy Advisory helps commercial organizations reduce energy expenses through strategic procurement and energy management solutions. The Senior B2B Account Executive develops new commercial accounts, builds executive relationships, and grows a long-term book of business by presenting energy procurement and cost-reduction strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial accounts
• Conduct discovery meetings with business owners and executive decision-makers
• Present customized energy procurement and cost-reduction strategies
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle using HubSpot CRM
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and account development
• Represent Vantage professionally through phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
• Leverage SDR support as performance levels are achieved

Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Proven prospecting, lead generation, and closing experience
• Experience presenting to business owners and C-suite executives
• Ability to understand and communicate meaningful ROI
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management
• CRM experience
• Self-motivated, accountable, competitive, and results-driven
• HubSpot preferred
• Energy industry experience is beneficial but not required
• Experience in commercial services, SaaS, financial services, payroll, merchant services, business consulting, technology, or other B2B industries is highly relevant
