Job Description

We are seeking a highly agile Analytics Lead to drive real-time insights that directly influence game performance, player behavior, and business decisions. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, connect patterns quickly, and translate data into action in a fast-moving gaming environment.

What This Role Does

• Own game and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimization
• Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing)
• Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities and act on them
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions
• Partner closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment

What We re Looking For

• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to problem-solve independently
• Comfort working with incomplete, messy or evolving data
• Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers, dashboard work framed as decision-support
• Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R
• Experience with A/B testing, experiment experience and performance measurement
• KPI ownership language not just reporting on metrics, but owning them and being accountable for movement
• Clear business impact language: "this informed X decision" rather than "this improved model accuracy by X%"

Nice to Have

• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI
• Familiarity with gaming or online player data (slots a plus)
• Experience with Snowflake and modern data stacks
• Master s degree for senior-level candidates
