Join our team to provide essential technical support on a dynamic trading floor. This onsite contract position involves real-time assistance for trading systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. You''ll work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain compliance with industry standards, using a variety of technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate technical support for trading platforms and front-office staff.
• Resolve issues related to trading systems, market data feeds, and network connectivity.
• Monitor trading systems'' health and performance, escalating incidents as necessary.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to support guides and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting trading platforms or financial systems in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of market data applications such as financial information platforms.
• Familiarity with operating systems, scripting, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
