We are seeking a Duck Creek System Analyst with strong P&C insurance experience to bridge business requirements and technology. The candidate will configure, test, support, and troubleshoot Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Claims applications.
Configure Duck Creek applications using XML, example files, and rate/form logic.
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional/technical specifications.
Perform testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support UAT.
Collaborate with developers on integrations with rating engines and third-party systems.
Support Duck Creek OnDemand/cloud upgrades and migration activities.
Analyze data mappings and troubleshoot rating and form-issuance issues.
Strong P&C insurance knowledge, including Auto, Home, or Commercial lines.
Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Insights.
Proficiency in XML, SQL, C#, and JSON.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-flow debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
