Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SRE Engineer with 8+ years of experience in site reliability, automation, and production operations. The ideal candidate will focus on improving system reliability, reducing operational overhead, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve system reliability and customer experience.
• Design, code, test, and deliver solutions to automate manual operational tasks and reduce TOIL.
• Define and manage SLOs and SLIs with product and platform owners.
• Track reliability performance and ensure systems consistently meet agreed SLOs.
• Participate in production support and on-call rotations, including weekends/holidays when required.
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate reliability metrics.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
• Promote reliability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and IT monitoring teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience.
• Strong experience with system reliability, monitoring, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with SLOs, SLIs, and reliability metrics.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience automating operational processes and reducing TOIL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
