Collaborates with business unit and IT teams across all phases of application programming and development processes across diverse platforms and computing environments (e.g., distributed systems, client-server, cloud-based technologies, and tools). Works closely with product and IT teams to identify and implement application development solutions, including new or modified programs, reuse of existing code, integration of purchased solutions, or a combination of available alternatives. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends efficient and cost-effective approaches to application development challenges.
