Duration: 24 Months

Target senior program management candidates with 8+ years of enterprise-level experience leading large cross-functional programs. Prioritize expertise in program strategy, budget management, risk management, governance, and vendor management.

10+ years of Principal level project/program management experience.
Led system implementations or business transformation programs, Experience leading governance forums, steering committees, or executive reporting.
Healthcare, health plan, payer, insurance, TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration.
Led large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Demonstrated ownership of program integration across workstreams.
