Remote | Healthcare & Clinical Specialist — $70–$110/hour

The Healthcare & Clinical Specialist will review healthcare and clinical documents, spreadsheets, reports, analyses, and presentations for accuracy, clinical soundness, analytical rigor, practical relevance, and professional quality, while providing structured feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clinical and healthcare-related work products for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality
• Assess whether recommendations and conclusions reflect sound clinical reasoning
• Identify factual errors, unsupported assumptions, and inconsistencies
• Review materials involving patient care, healthcare delivery, and clinical decision-making
• Apply professional judgement grounded in real-world healthcare experience
• Review scenarios involving healthcare services, clinical workflows, and care delivery
• Assess whether proposed approaches are realistic within professional healthcare environments
• Evaluate coordination, implementation, and operational considerations
• Identify impractical or incomplete recommendations
• Review whether healthcare-related conclusions are appropriately supported
• Assess the quality and consistency of clinical reasoning presented in assigned materials
• Review whether conclusions logically follow from available information
• Identify missing considerations, weak evidence, or unsupported clinical claims
• Evaluate the relevance and appropriateness of supporting information
• Distinguish substantive clinical issues from minor presentation concerns
• Evaluate healthcare reports, analyses, and supporting materials
• Review assumptions, calculations, and conclusions for internal consistency
• Assess whether available information supports stated findings and recommendations
• Identify analytical errors or gaps in healthcare-related reasoning
• Evaluate the practical usefulness of proposed recommendations
• Evaluate healthcare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and completeness
• Review presentations for logical flow, clarity, and professional quality
• Identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and formatting issues
• Assess whether charts, tables, and visual elements accurately represent underlying information
• Ensure key findings and recommendations are clearly communicated
• Review related documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as an integrated set of healthcare work products
• Check consistency of figures, terminology, claims, and conclusions across materials
• Identify discrepancies between underlying information and presented outputs
• Evaluate whether supporting materials remain coherent across different formats
• Assess overall professional and clinical quality
• Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria
• Identify clinical, factual, analytical, and presentation weaknesses
• Distinguish substantive healthcare issues from minor editorial concerns
• Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknesses
• Apply evaluation standards consistently across different healthcare and clinical work products

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, clinical practice, health sciences, clinical research, healthcare consulting, or a closely related field
• Experience as a Healthcare Professional, Clinical Specialist, Medical Expert, Clinical Researcher, Healthcare Consultant, or similar professional
• Strong practical understanding of healthcare and clinical environments
• Experience developing or reviewing clinical materials, healthcare reports, professional documentation, or related analyses
• Ability to assess healthcare content for factual accuracy, clinical soundness, and practical relevance
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills
• Native or professional fluency in English
• Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback
• Strong attention to clinical, analytical, factual, and presentation detail
• Part-time independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
