Power Platform Software Engineer

MANTECH is seeking a Power Platform Software Engineer to join its team in a fully remote opportunity. The role develops, tests, maintains, and delivers complex software solutions using Power Platform and Dataverse, while supporting customers and mentoring lower-level developers.

Responsibilities:

• Uses software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems
• Research and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities
• Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers
• Tests and debugs complex software components and units
• Acts as a technical resource for lower-level developers and may be assigned lead developer role for small-to-medium sized projects
• Implements life cycle of services/solution delivery for projects
• Provides product demonstrations

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
• • 7+ years of relevant professional software development experience
• • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse integration
• • Proficiency in Data Modeling, Creation, and Administration of Dataverse databases
• • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability
• • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
• • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• • Experience supporting Department of the Air Force customers
• • Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies
• • Experience with DataBricks
• • Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools and techniques
• • Experience with Python programming language
• • Experience working in an Agile team
