We are seeking an experienced StaffOracle Cloud Source-to-Pay (STP) and Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) Solution Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.

This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role responsible for independently leading Oracle Cloud implementations from acquisition due diligence through production stabilization. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Development, Engineering, and acquired business stakeholders to successfully onboard newly acquired businesses into Oracle Cloud ecosystem while ensuring Day 1 operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Cloud Source-to-Pay (STP) and Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) implementations supporting M&A initiatives.

Independently lead the complete Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including discovery, due diligence, business process assessment, fit-gap analysis, solution design, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, integration design, data migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), mock cutovers, production deployment, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and transition to Production Support.

Functional Ownership - Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including:

Source-to-Pay: Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Contracts, Payables

Acquire-to-Retire: Fixed Assets, Asset Capitalization, Asset Additions, Asset Transfers, Asset Retirement, Asset Accounting

M&A Integration Lead Oracle Cloud implementations supporting mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise integrations.

Plan and execute supplier onboarding, supplier and asset master data migration, transactional data conversion, and open purchase order migration.

• Standardize procurement and asset management processes across acquired businesses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Day 1 readiness, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Solution Design & Delivery Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Lead solution discovery sessions, design workshops, and functional reviews.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Functional Specifications, Configuration Workbooks, Business Process Flows, and SIT/UAT test scripts.
• Systems & Integration Own the functional design, validation, and testing of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Zip Procurement Platform, Finance systems, and enterprise procurement and asset management applications.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate end-to-end business processes across integrated applications and support successful deployment.

Testing & Go-Live

• Lead implementation readiness activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, business validation, mock cutovers, production deployment and transition to Production Support.
• Ensure successful production deployments and operational continuity for newly integrated acquisitions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from Discovery through Hypercare.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Payables, and Oracle Fixed Assets.
• Deep functional expertise across Source-to-Pay (STP) and Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) business processes.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud as part of mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, supplier and asset master data migration, transactional data conversion, and legal entity onboarding.
• Strong understanding of procurement approvals, purchasing controls, supplier lifecycle management, invoice processing, fixed asset accounting, and procurement reporting.
• Experience leading production deployments and cutover activities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with Zip Procurement Platform.
• Experience with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or high-growth technology organizations.
