Summary:Responsible for supporting company s finished goods labeling development processes. Assists in all activities necessaryto develop, configure, generate, revise and assure the integrity of product labeling (Global Labeling System generated labels using templates and database for labeling content, label artwork, package artwork, IFUs, image files, etc.), domestic and foreign, for products manufactured at company or products manufactured for company at Contract Manufacturing sites, vendors and suppliers.
These duties include, but are not limited to the following: Parses and loads label content into labeling systems; collaborates with project teams; reviews, corrects and approves content and configurations within the labeling system; makes judgments on designs, controls and maintains global label templates, while seeking consensus from the team to ensure consistent corporate identity; manages the global format database; manages labeling approval workflows (creation, review, approval, and release); performs visual label verification to review labeling manually and within labeling systems to confirm indicated labeling content, elements, formatting and configuration is accurate and indicated per company standards; provides troubleshooting support to manufacturing, distribution and third-party locations.
