Summary:

Seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the Status Service platform an event-driven system that transforms operational data from Oracle EBS and other sources into standardized statuses for downstream apps. Role blends product ownership, technical skills, and supply chain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product backlog: prioritize, refining, and coordinate delivery
• Convert business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Understand platform architecture (event-driven, configurable rules, status derivation)
• Collaborate with engineering on requirements and system capabilities
• Validate system behavior against business workflows
• Interpret JSON, APIs, and Swagger docs for accurate data mapping
• Coordinate integrations across upstream/downstream systems
• Define and validate status logic with stakeholders
• Support troubleshooting by analyzing inputs/outputs

Domain Knowledge:

• Warehouse and ERP processes (Oracle EBS preferred)
• SKU lifecycle, shipment execution, sales order processing
• System-of-record vs. ingested data

Required:

• 4 8 years as TPO, PO, or BSA
• Strong API/JSON/Swagger comprehension
• Experience with event-driven or integration-heavy systems
• Proven ability to write clear stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Oracle EBS, Azure, microservices, rules engines, or high-volume event systems
