AI Solutions Lead
As part of our AI acceleration efforts, we are looking for self driven, hands on AI Solutions Leads who will be embedded within business teams and work directly with business stakeholders to identify, build, and adopt AI solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, enhance decision making, and deliver measurable business value.
These individuals should be able to work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and Innovation teams to turn ideas into practical solutions, drive execution, accelerate adoption, and help build AI capabilities within their organization. They should be comfortable identifying opportunities, developing solutions, mentoring users, and helping teams move from experimentation to operational and business results.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between the business, IT, and Innovation teams, helping ensure that AI initiatives move efficiently from concept to value realization.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows
· Experience identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement
· Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar low code AI platforms
· Ability to build prototypes, proof of concepts, and business solutions
· Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
· Ability to partner effectively with IT, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders
· Strong communication and facilitation skills
· Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting business users
· Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
· Focused on delivering measurable business value and driving adoption
Responsibilities
· Identify and prioritize AI opportunities within the business
· Develop and deploy practical AI solutions
· Work closely with IT teams to align with enterprise standards and governance
· Coach and guide business users on AI capabilities and best practices
· Help build AI skills within the department
· Track adoption, business outcomes, and value realization
· Serve as a bridge between business teams and technology teams
