ServiceNow Sales Specialist - Large Enterprise - Healthcare & L.S. - Flexible U.S. Location Job Details | NTT DATA Services

NTT DATA is hiring a ServiceNow Sales Specialist to lead strategic growth across large enterprise accounts in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. The role owns a sales territory and quota, develops executive relationships and pipeline, closes ServiceNow services engagements, and partners with ServiceNow and NTT DATA teams on cross-selling and industry-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Carry a personal quota for ServiceNow services bookings across a named territory of large enterprise accounts in the United States and Canada
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new logo acquisition, account expansion, and renewals
• Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, partner co-selling motions, existing client relationships, executive networking, industry events, and marketing programs
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, pipeline coverage, opportunity management, and forecast accuracy
• Manage opportunities from qualification through contract signature
• Conduct executive discovery conversations and build compelling business value cases
• Collaborate with solution engineering teams to shape innovative ServiceNow solutions
• Lead proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
• Structure complex, multi-year services agreements and managed services engagements
• Position AI-first transformation strategies utilizing ServiceNow's AI portfolio and NTT DATA's AI-native delivery model
• Build trusted relationships with ServiceNow Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Partner Managers
• Conduct joint account planning and coordinated go-to-market activities
• Increase partner-sourced pipeline and strengthen executive-level alignment
• Establish NTT DATA as the preferred ServiceNow services partner within assigned accounts
• Collaborate with regional, industry client executives, and business unit sales teams
• Identify opportunities to incorporate ServiceNow solutions into broader digital transformation initiatives
• Position ServiceNow capabilities alongside cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, applications, and business process outsourcing engagements
• Champion NTT DATA's industry-specific ServiceNow solutions and value propositions
• Develop executive-level value-add conversations tailored to products industry challenges and deliver “business outcomes” for our customers
• Provide market feedback that influences future offerings and go-to-market strategies
• Stay current on ServiceNow, AI technologies, and adjacent platforms including Moveworks, Armis, and Veza

Requirements:

• Proven hunter mentality with a consistent track record of building pipeline, driving new business, and exceeding annual services quotas of $8M+
• Demonstrated success closing complex $2M+ ServiceNow services engagements, including implementation, managed services, and transformation programs for large enterprises
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders through consultative, AI-first sales conversations
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, ecosystem, commercial models, AI portfolio (including Now Assist), and co-sell motions with ServiceNow field teams
• Experience selling into large enterprise organizations across the United States and Canada, with knowledge of complex buying cycles, procurement practices, and account planning
• Industry expertise within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, telecommunications, energy, utilities, transportation, logistics, automotive, or high-tech sectors, including familiarity with operational and regulatory environments
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, global sales organization
• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 5+ years selling ServiceNow services through a ServiceNow partner or partner-facing ServiceNow role
• Previous established relationships within the ServiceNow organization and proven success partnering with ServiceNow Account Executives to source, develop, and close opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• ServiceNow certifications, architecture background, experience with managed services, license resale, ERP transformations (SAP), or AI-native platforms such as Moveworks, Armis, and Veza are highly desirable
