Sales Development Representative

OX Security secures the AI-driven software development lifecycle from prompt to production and is building cybersecurity solutions for the AI era. The Sales Development Representative will drive outbound pipeline, engage enterprise security and engineering decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and creative multi-channel outreach
• Identify and engage CISOs, VP-level Security leaders, Engineering leaders, and other key decision-makers within enterprise organizations
• Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies that generate qualified pipeline
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using established qualification criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
• Leverage modern sales technologies, including AI-powered prospecting tools, sales engagement platforms, and CRM systems to maximize productivity
• Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
• Develop a strong understanding of Application Security, DevSecOps, and the software development lifecycle to effectively communicate OX Security's value proposition
• Continuously improve your prospecting approach by testing new ideas, learning from feedback, and sharing best practices across the team

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of B2B sales or outbound prospecting experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Confidence and enthusiasm for outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior technical stakeholders
• Highly motivated, competitive, coachable, and resilient
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience selling to Security, DevOps, Engineering, or IT personas
• Familiarity with Application Security, DevSecOps, SDLC, or broader cybersecurity concepts
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms
• Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Amplemarket, Clay, Lusha, or similar platforms
• A creative, marketing-minded approach to outbound prospecting and campaign development
