Customer Service Representative

Hologic is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide responsive, customer-focused support. The role handles customer inquiries, troubleshoots routine issues, documents interactions, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support by responding to inquiries in a clear, courteous, and timely manner
• Resolve routine questions and issues using established processes and escalation paths when needed
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and outcomes to support effective follow-up
• Identify trends in customer questions and recommend improvements to support workflows
• Maintain a consistent service standard while meeting performance and response expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role or customer support environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain solutions in a straightforward way
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining focus and productivity
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail when handling customer requests
• Ability to follow established procedures and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience handling high volumes of customer inquiries while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with common customer service workflows such as ticketing, case management, or order inquiry processes
• Experience de-escalating customer concerns and maintaining professionalism in challenging situations
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
