Staff Product Designer

Nourish is a digital health company building a dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. The Staff Product Designer will set the strategic foundation for expanding and integrating Nourish’s product offerings, owning projects from conception through implementation and creating intuitive, high-quality experiences across its products.

Responsibilities:

• Establish best practices for information architecture. As Nourish has expanded our product offerings, ensuring that the user experience stays consistent has become more challenging. You will be driving forward the execution and vision of what it looks like to build an integrated preventative health product offering
• Design best-in-class experiences for all our users. Your work will not be limited to one area of our platform but instead will span our patient, provider, and growth products. You will iterate on existing features, create net new features, and continue to test both
• Help drive qualitative user research. You’ll build prototypes, conduct interviews, and create surveys to test hypotheses about designs and products
• Grow and maintain our design system. You’ll help the team operate efficiently and keep our quality consistent by helping manage our component library
• Help build a design culture at Nourish. We want to be a company that is known for quality and craft, and is willing to go the extra mile to make our patient and provider experiences excellent. No detail is too small, and no journey is under-considered

Requirements:

• You have 10+ years experience designing compelling digital products
• You are deeply customer- and craft-oriented
• You care about understanding real user needs and translating them into clear, thoughtful product experiences
• You have strong design fundamentals and know how to apply them in messy, real-world product environments
• You are a builder
• You like taking ideas from 0 to 1 and then improving them relentlessly
• Shipping matters to you
• You're comfortable iterating quickly and learning as you go
• You take ownership and push work forward
• You're comfortable working through ambiguity, forming strong opinions, and helping drive product decisions alongside product and engineering
• You communicate with a high signal‑to‑noise ratio

• You might run user interviews, refine product copy, improve a flow, help prepare a deck, or jump into a messy problem that doesn't have an obvious owner
