Role: Agentic Data Solution Lead
Remote
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, AI, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data solution delivery, platform implementation, software engineering, or enterprise technology delivery
• Experience leading delivery of enterprise-scale cloud data platforms, warehouses, lakehouses, data marts, or analytical data products
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, dbt, Delta Lake, or equivalent platforms
• Experience with governance, metadata, lineage, security, data quality, access control, AI enablement, stakeholder management, and production implementation practices
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare, finance, corporate finance, risk, compliance, or other regulated business functions
• Experience with enterprise data modernization, legacy ETL migration, finance transformation, cloud migration, or large-scale delivery programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, Snowflake governance, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, vector search, semantic models, or knowledge graph patterns
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, decision-making, and ability to balance technical depth with execution ownership
