Marketing Manager – Platform

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Marketing Manager – Platform to lead marketing for ArrowSphere, its digital platform. The role develops global go-to-market strategy, product and portfolio messaging, partner-focused content, and cross-functional initiatives to increase platform awareness, adoption, engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies to build awareness and adoption of, and engagement with the platform
• Create positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly communicate platform benefits to partners at every stage of maturity
• Lead product and feature launch campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement
• Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with executives, sales teams, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders
• Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for Arrow's platform portfolio
• Develop messaging that connects platform capabilities to broader Arrow solutions, cloud offerings, and services
• Create differentiated positioning that highlights the value of the Arrow digital experience
• Build business-focused narratives that demonstrate how ArrowSphere enables partner success
• Support growth initiatives that increase partner engagement across the Arrow digital ecosystem
• Lead development of a broad range of marketing and enablement assets
• Create partner-focused content that highlights real-world use cases and measurable business outcomes
• Develop resources that enable sales and partner-facing teams to effectively communicate platform value
• Develop a deep understanding of partner needs, pain points, workflows, and buying behaviors
• Leverage partner feedback, usage data, market research, and customer insights to shape marketing strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and drive platform adoption
• Partner closely with platform product management, user experience, sales, operations, cloud, services, and marketing teams to market and drive measurable business outcomes
• Ensure consistent platform messaging across all campaigns, communications, events, and partner engagement activities
• Coordinate launch and adoption efforts across multiple regions and business units
• Influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed global organization

Requirements:

• 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience in product marketing, platform marketing, or digital experience marketing
• Experience marketing SaaS platforms, cloud marketplaces, technology ecosystems, subscription management solutions, or digital commerce platforms
• Proven success launching and driving adoption of platform-based solutions
• Experience developing integrated marketing programs that influence revenue, engagement, and business growth
• Strong platform and solution marketing expertise
• Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills
• Ability to translate technical features into business value and customer outcomes
• Innovative & strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives requiring heavy collaboration
• Ability to influence and build alignment within a global matrix organization
• Knowledge of the IT channel, cloud ecosystem, and partner-led business models preferred
