Services Project Manager III

Duck Creek Technologies is hiring a Services Project Manager III to manage key client projects and coordinate their delivery on time, within budget, and within scope. The role defines project scope and plans, tracks progress and changes, leads stakeholder meetings, and develops client-facing presentations and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing key client projects
• Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials
• Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project
• Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Leads meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Reports and escalate to management as needed
• Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience; applicable functional experience in the discipline or a closely related function
• Practical experience in Services Project Management or a closely related function
• Demonstrated ability to deliver work of moderate to high complexity in a global software, SaaS, technology, insurance technology, or comparable business environment
• Experience working independently with limited day-to-day instruction and collaborating across teams is required
• Applied knowledge of Services Project Management practices, processes, tools, and operating standards
• Sound analytical judgment and structured problem-solving capability
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver work against agreed timelines
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
