Healthcare Marketing Manager

Kendamil is hiring a Healthcare Marketing Manager to lead its U.S. healthcare marketing strategy and support growth of its infant and pediatric nutrition portfolio. The role develops compliant marketing programs and content for healthcare professionals, clinical customers, and channel partners, while collaborating across medical, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the U.S. Healthcare Marketing Plan aligned with business and brand priorities
• Define compelling healthcare messaging, positioning and value propositions for Kendamil’s infant and pediatric nutrition portfolio
• Translate clinical evidence, research and customer insights into engaging, compliant marketing content
• Create sales enablement, educational and digital materials to support Healthcare Sales
• Lead healthcare conferences, events, sponsorships and professional partnerships
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Sales and Marketing to deliver compliant, high-impact programmes
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Nutrition, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of healthcare marketing experience within medical nutrition, infant nutrition, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer healthcare
• Proven experience developing HCP messaging, healthcare marketing campaigns, commercial materials, and sales enablement tools
• Experience marketing to healthcare professionals, hospitals, health systems, homecare providers, or clinical customers
• Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory review processes
• Experience planning healthcare conferences, professional meetings, educational programs, or industry events
• Experience supporting digital healthcare marketing, CRM, and omnichannel engagement
• Excellent written communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects
• MBA or advanced degree
