Customer Service Associate - REMOTE - Eastern Time

Insurance Services Group of the Southeast, Inc. (ISG) is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support policyholders with pending insurance requirements. The role involves making outbound follow-up calls, explaining requirements, answering basic questions, documenting interactions in Microsoft Dynamics, and maintaining follow-up schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls regarding pending insurance information and missing documentation
• Explain requirements clearly and help customers navigate the online portal
• Leave professional voicemails and complete follow-up attempts
• Answer basic questions and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Document all calls and commitments accurately in Microsoft Dynamics
• Maintain follow-up schedules and meet productivity expectations

Requirements:

• Hourly, Full-Time, W2 Employee
• Remote
• Monday – Friday, Eastern Time Zone
• Professional, friendly phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence making high volume outbound calls
• Ability to stay composed and be persistent with frustrated or hesitant customers
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Comfortable learning new software
• Ability to work in a remote setting with reliable internet and no distractions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Customer service or call center experience
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics
• Insurance industry background
