Job Summary

The beauty associate position is responsible for assisting customers with beauty product selection, providing knowledgeable and friendly service, supporting sales goals, and maintaining an attractive and well-organized beauty department. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell beauty products while providing knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations.
2. Develop a strong understanding of beauty brands and products, answer customer questions, and recommend suitable products or combinations based on customer needs.
3. Maintain organized product displays and inventory levels, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and presented.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and beauty department.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, build positive customer relationships, and support customer loyalty.
6. Participate in in-store promotions, support new product launches, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
7. Travel to and work at other store locations as needed.
8. Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

1. Previous sales or retail experience preferred, particularly in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
2. Passion for beauty and a strong interest in skincare and cosmetics, with the ability to provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
3. Strong sales and customer service skills with a proactive approach to assisting customers and meeting sales goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers.
5. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay and Compensation

1. From $19 Per Hour
