This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise daily operations, operate equipment, mentor crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The Fencing Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day execution of fencing projects in the field. Reporting to the Project Supervisor, you'll lead and coordinate the crew, assign daily tasks, operate heavy equipment, and work alongside your team to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards.
This is a working leadership position—not a supervisory role from the sidelines. You'll be expected to actively contribute in the field while providing guidance, coaching, and support to your crew.
