Essential Responsibilities:
Participate and drive business outcomes in a 10-week internship, where you will be placed in a project assignment within a specific functional area, such as Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Financial Analyst, Finance Operations, Program Finance, or Pricing & Estimating
Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills
Work within a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager

Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
Proactive and results-driven individual
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful/problem solver
Able to quickly adapt to change
Mobility:
Internships are available within our six business units: Bell, Textron Aviation, Textron Systems, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Kautex, and Textron Inc.
Must be geographically mobile as assignments vary based on business needs
