The Shop Supervisor provides day-to-day oversight of maintenance operations within a single shop or facility, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and timely service of vehicles and equipment. This role supports the Shop Manager by coordinating service office activities, assigning work orders, monitoring fuel island operations, and serving as a primary point of contact between shop staff and operational departments. The Shop Supervisor may provide functional leadership, training support, and performance feedback to shop personnel, with decisions directly impacting shop productivity, equipment availability, safety compliance, and service quality.
