Job Description:
Develops new or sustaining process formulations using semiconductor device and component theory and design, materials, and equipment. Assignments include the definition of processing and handling equipment requirements and specifications, review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors. Typically responsible for projects or portions of projects for process definition, fabrication, modification and evaluation of semiconductor devices and components.
You will be a Photolithography Process Engineer at our Lockheed Martin Santa Barbara Focalplane site in Goleta, CA. We are seeking a Photolithography Subject Matter Expert to join our team and provide technical expertise and leadership in photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as physics, chemistry, materials science, or electrical engineering, etc.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Masters Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or PhD with research in relevant field.
• Experience with process development, optimization, and troubleshooting, as well as equipment maintenance and repair
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians
• This position is located at a facility that requires special access, therefore U.S. citizenship is required
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field
• PhD with research in Optics in relation to photonics.
• Experience with advanced photolithography techniques
• Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00
