Product Lead, Supply Chain Management

Kaya AI is building an AI-powered system of action for mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects. The Product Lead will own the Supply Chain Management module end to end, including strategy, roadmap, specifications, customer discovery, integrations, AI workflows, deployment, and adoption. The role focuses on helping project teams identify supply chain and schedule risks early and improve equipment delivery reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain Management module
• Translate field reality (submittals, expediting, FAT/FWT, ROJ dates, laydown, delivery windows) into clear product requirements
• Run customer discovery with GCs, owners, developers, procurement teams, and equipment OEMs
• Write sharp specs, prioritize with engineering, and ship in tight cycles
• Define how the module connects to the systems customers already use, including Primavera P6 schedules, Procore, and ERPs
• Partner with the Amber team to design AI workflows such as risk detection, automated vendor follow-ups, and early-warning alerts
• Work alongside deployed engineers to roll out the product on live projects and close the gap between what customers need and what the platform does
• Define and track success metrics: schedule risk caught early, on-time delivery, and hours of manual tracking eliminated
• Feed customer insight into sales, customer success, and marketing, and support key demos, RFPs, and executive conversations
• Help build the product operating rhythm for the pod from the ground up

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, including at least 2 years owning a product or module end to end
• Hands-on supply chain experience in construction, industrial, energy, or manufacturing, or a track record leading product at a supply chain, procurement, or logistics software company
• Experience shipping B2B software to enterprise users with complex workflows
• Comfortable working closely with engineers, with a working understanding of APIs, data models, and integrations
• Strong customer instincts and a habit of going to where the work happens, including the jobsite
• Clear written communication, especially in specs and stakeholder updates
• Comfortable with ambiguity and speed at an early-stage company
• Good judgment on scope: knowing what to ship now, what to defer, and what to say no to
• Long-lead equipment procurement or expediting for data centers or other mission-critical facilities (switchgear, generators, UPS, transformers, cooling)
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or construction ERPs
• Working knowledge of submittal workflows and OFCI scopes
• Experience building AI-powered or data-heavy products
• Comfort with data analysis, including SQL or similar tools
• Prior experience at a major GC, owner/developer, equipment OEM, or construction tech company
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1
• Founder or early-team experience at a venture-backed startup
• Experience presenting to enterprise customers and partners at the executive level
