General Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Process Mining implementations
Mandatory expertise in OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining)
Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and process analytics
Advanced SQL and relational database skills
Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with process intelligence, automation, AI-enabled process optimization, and operationalization preferred
Relevant Process Mining certifications highly desirable
