DevOps Engineer

Publicis Sapient is seeking an Azure and Terraform engineer to support enterprise-scale migrations from GCP to Azure and modernize cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on reusable Terraform modules, secure Azure architecture, and maintaining security, availability, and operational stability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of overall IaC experience, including 3+ years authoring reusable, composable Terraform modules
• Experience designing remote state, isolating state by workload, and safely refactoring live infrastructure using Terraform moved blocks and resource imports
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure core services and infrastructure architecture
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience migrating applications and infrastructure from Google Cloud Platform to Microsoft Azure
• 2+ years of experience configuring listeners, host rules, backend pools, health probes, TLS certificate bindings, and Web Application Firewall policies
• Experience integrating Application Gateway Ingress Controller (AGIC) with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Experience with node pools, workload identity, namespaces, Kubernetes RBAC, and ingress configuration
• Experience with hub-and-spoke virtual networks, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Private Endpoints, and secure connectivity
• Hands-on experience with Key Vault, Managed Identities, Microsoft Entra ID app registrations, Azure RBAC, and Azure Policy
• Experience with Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
• Ability to design, implement, and justify individual role assignments based on least-privilege principles
• Experience with infrastructure vulnerability management and remediation
