Product Marketing Manager

SES Space & Defense delivers secure, resilient connectivity and integrated space solutions for government and defense customers. The company is seeking an early-career Product Marketing Manager to translate complex space, network, software, terminal, and communications capabilities into compelling customer messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, and develop sales enablement materials.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex space, network, software, terminal, and communications capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing narratives
• Develop product briefs, presentations, solution overviews, web content, talking points, and other tools that help Sales and Business Development communicate our value effectively
• Partner with Product Management and commercial teams on GTM planning, product introductions, launches, campaigns, and market activation
• Research U.S. Government and defense missions, priorities, technology trends, procurement environments, and competitors to help sharpen how SES Space & Defense goes to market
• Manage assigned projects from initial brief through final delivery, coordinating SMEs, stakeholders, approvals, and agency partners
• Help maintain product messaging, value propositions, proof points, and sales assets so teams across the company are telling a consistent and differentiated story

Requirements:

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, technology marketing, B2B marketing, public-sector marketing, sales enablement, or a related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex technology understandable and compelling
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in defense, national security, space, satellite communications, networking, or emerging technology
• Ability to research unfamiliar subjects, learn quickly, and turn information into actionable messaging
• Strong project-management and organizational skills
• Confidence working across technical, commercial, and creative teams
• Familiarity with presentation and content-development tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in telecommunications or satellite communications along with knowledge of the federal market is valuable
