Client Services Associate Project Manager

Epiq is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support settlement and claims administration matters in a deadline-driven, regulated environment. The role coordinates daily project execution, client communications, data management, quality checks, documentation, and issue resolution while building toward a future Project Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Project Managers on active settlement and claims administration matters
• Coordinate daily project tasks and track progress against court‑driven deadlines
• Translate client and court requirements into clear operational work requests
• Assist with client communications, status updates, and routine inquiries
• Review, prepare, and manage client data for intake, reporting, and deliverables
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
• Proactively escalate risks or issues and support resolution
• Contribute to process improvements and cross‑team collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client services, operations, or professional services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• Experience in legal services, financial services, claims administration, or other regulated environments
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports (Excel experience a plus)
