Senior Project Management Director-Retail Business Operations

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company providing program, project, cost, asset, and commercial management services. The Senior Project Management Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a national retail real estate portfolio, including governance, performance management, process improvement, and business transformation. The role will also lead cross-functional collaboration, develop operational leaders, and support client and business development objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business operations strategies that support client objectives and organizational priorities
• Lead operational planning, execution, governance, and performance management initiatives across the retail portfolio
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement
• Establish reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business decision-making
• Drive accountability and consistency through standardized processes, procedures, and operational controls
• Facilitate collaboration between Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, Insights, and Project Management teams
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect business objectives and client deliverables
• Lead high-impact projects and business transformation initiatives from concept through implementation
• Mentor and develop operational leaders while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading business operations, strategic initiatives, or enterprise-level programs
• Strong knowledge of operational governance, business process improvement, and organizational effectiveness
• Ability to analyze complex business and financial information to support strategic decision-making
• Proven leadership experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing operational reporting, metrics, and performance improvement strategies
• Ability to influence organizational change and drive adoption of business initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• PMP, LEED AP, CCM, or related certifications preferred
